How to Delete Your LockUp Account

You can request deletion of your LockUp account and all associated data at any time. We provide two methods:

Option 1: In-App Deletion

1. Sign in to your LockUp account
2. Go to Settings, Plan & Account tab
3. Scroll to Delete my account and click the button
4. Type DELETE and click Delete forever

This works on the website and in the Android app, and takes effect immediately.

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to powellb.elev8ai@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" from the email address associated with your LockUp account. We will process your request within 3 business days.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your user profile and account information
• All saved projects and assets
• Scan history and results
• Generated reports
• Monitoring configurations and alerts
• Your GitHub connection and alert settings
• Your billing profile; any subscription is cancelled immediately

Data Retention

In-app deletion removes your data from our live systems immediately; email requests are processed within 3 business days. Copies in our database backups expire within 30 days. We keep a security log entry of the deletion request (time and IP address), and our payment processor, Stripe, keeps the payment records the law requires. The LockUp GitHub app stays installed on your GitHub account until you uninstall it in GitHub's settings.
